Maya Rudolph

Maya Rudolph returns for her third full season on SNL. Rudolph performs many memorable characters such as Britannica of the pop group “Gemini’s Twin;” and Megan, co-host of high school morning talk show “Wake Up Wakefield.” She’s also garnered much attention for her over-the-top portrayal of Donatella Versace. Other impressions have included Condoleeza Rice, Halle Berry, Liza Minnelli, Nelly Furtado and Macy Gray.

Rudolph joined “SNL” from the Groundlings Theater in Los Angeles where SNL alums Laraine Newman, Phil Hartman and Jon Lovitz as well as “SNL” castmates Will Ferrell, Ana Gasteyer, and Chris Kattan also performed.

She will soon be seen opposite Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore in the feature “The Duplex” directed by Danny DeVito. Other film credits include “Chuck & Buck” and “Duets.” Her previous television credits include “City of Angels,” “Chicago Hope” and “Action.”

Rudolph resides in Los Angeles and New York. Her birth date is July 27.
